According to XXL magazine Shakira and her hips are taking their talents over to ROC NATION.
Shakira has allegedly signed under the management of Hip Hop mogul Jay Z and she will join other artists such as Rihanna, Willow Smith, J Cole, Melanie Fiona, Jay Electronica, Santigold, and Alexis Jordan.
