This year Rihanna is making the world LOUD.  On June 4 Baltimore, Maryland was the first to scream RIHANNA as she kicked off her LOUD tour. She has been traveling to various different cities dancing and singing her heart away. On the tour, accompanied by Hip Hop star J Cole, Rihanna makes a statement "The Brighter the Better!"
