Fall FW 2012 Coverage | Valentino Couture Show Review

I will never understand how Valentino can continuously be so modest yet show-stopping in nature. The brand is never overly fussy or complicated, but still commands the attention of any room.  For f/w couture 2012, Valentino still presented true, unaltered beauty. Check out our favorite looks below.

The looks from the show were absolutely stunning. The only word to truly describe them were regal, yet still amazingly subtle.

The star of the show was of course the floor-sweeping gowns and their loose but perfectly feminine silhouettes. [Does anyone predict cape dressing ?] The pleating, sensual fabrics, and floral appearances reminds one of everything that completes a woman.

There was obviously a slight Victorian influence within the looks and only added to the already presented elegance.

My only obvious complaint, was the lack of color within the show, especially since there is such a wealth of models of color with talent. But everything can't be perfect, I suppose. Even without the diversity Valentino did deliver. How did the show make you feel ?
