Justin Bieber Says Paparazzo Nearly Killed Him!

Justin Bieber claims he reached speeds of over 100 mph in his ever-so-famous whip, a chrome Fisker Karma, all because he was being "harrassed" by paparazzi.
Bieber, 18, is now filing suit against one specific paparazzo accusing him of harrassmet and reckless endangerment of not only Bieber but others who were on the road as well.

After being pulled over for speeding Bieber cooperated with the police officers. He provided them with a license plate number of one of the many paparazzi who had been chasing him down L.A. streets and snapping photos/videos.

VOGUE | Note: this isn't the first time Bieber has been pulled over for speeding, and an L.A. City Councilman seems to be pissed with the pop star and said he should have been arrested.
