Who Rocked It Best?

This beautiful, bright, tangerine colored dress was designed by none other than the beautiful Mrs. Victoria Beckham (pictured right).

The question here is who is the VOGUE | Diva?! Was it the South-Bronx-born beauty Jennifer Lopez, or the fashionista behind the creation of this dress Victoria Beckham?

    I feel bad becuz Victoria made the dress but I have to J Lo! From the hair to the body to the shoes she wore it best.

    im so torn. You cant go against the CREATOR, but jenny dont play. but we all know Victoria is the definition of chic. & why would you use this pic of Victoria? its from a bad angle so its misleading
